Come prepared to spend an hour hopping from conversation to conversation as we ring the bell or hit the gong every few minutes. This is a great way to connect your business with others and for YPK members to interact with other organizations around town.

All sign-ups will be through the link provided through the AMA Eventbrite site. YPK members will have first call on tickets till the end of October before we open them up to the public. Non-Member tickets will be $5.

All proceeds from this event will benefit The Gateway, Knoxville’s first Community Recovery Center opening in downtown Knoxville in Spring 2022. The Gateway will connect individuals and families to social and community resources, serve those who wish to uncover their unique path to long-term sustainable recovery, and give people the opportunity to give back to others as they strengthen their own recovery.

With 30+ years of industry experience, LeeAnn Bailes Foster excels at relationship management, conflict resolution and employee engagement. Prior to founding Team Foster Strategy, LLC, LeeAnn was Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer for WS Packaging Inc, where she was responsible for Human Resources, Training & ESH compliance for this national corporation with 21 locations and over 2,100 employees. She also spent over 22 years serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Edfinancial Services where she oversaw employee benefits, employee relations, payroll, recruitment and retention for this $2 billion national student loan service provider. A former teacher and coach, LeeAnn received her bachelor’s degree in education and her master’s degree in educational administration and supervision from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. LeeAnn is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
