The nonprofit sector often follows a similar model in its strategic planning process that takes it down the same path of SWOT analysis, goal-setting, performance indicators, and developing its future projects, timelines and marketing goals. This session is an opportunity to engage with your peers and an organizational coach to share ‘what worked and what didn’t’—and why. Learn how internal operations, governance, and culture impacts your overall success and identify your biggest barriers.
