Join us as we kick off the planning for the 2025 Leadership Certificate program! The 2024 cohort has just wrapped up, and it's time to reflect, refine, and prepare for the next session. This committee is open to anyone passionate about the leadership development of Young Professionals. Whether you’ve personally experienced the Leadership Certificate or simply have a keen interest in shaping future leaders, your perspective is invaluable.
During this meeting, we will review what worked well, identify areas for growth, and discuss leadership roles for the 2025 committee. The meeting will run from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, starting with a casual 15-minute social to grab a drink from the bar. After quick introductions, we'll dive into a collaborative mapping activity to chart our path forward, and conclude with discussions on leadership interest and next steps.

Purpose: To organize, plan, and execute the Impact Awards event.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on event logistics and arrangements.
Assist in coordinating nominations and award categories.
Help with marketing and outreach efforts.
Ensure the event is inclusive and impactful.
Who Can Join: Any YPK member passionate about celebrating community excellence and making a difference.
Your involvement will not only contribute to a memorable event but also provide valuable experience in event planning and community engagement. We look forward to your participation and ideas to make this year’s Impact Awards another success.
