Join YPK at the 2024 Knoxville Area Urban League Shoes for School event! This event draws in more than one thousand students from around Knoxville to support their start to the school year with supplies, snacks, and fun activities.

DONATIONS: Please visit this Amazon link to support local students! This year we are collecting pocket folders to pass out to students and have included options here to pick from. We will also be collecting folders in-person at the YPK Summer Soiree on July 26th.

YPK volunteers will pass out donations, help with our activity, and assist with setup and cleanup before and after the event. Shoes for School will be held at the Jacob Building. We will offer two shifts for volunteers: 8-11AM and 11AM-1PM.
