There's nothing like yoga in the park! Join the YPK Fitness Affinity group and Maryville's newest yoga instructor, Lindsey Elsten, for a relaxing hour of outdoor yoga! All you need to bring is your mat, blanket/towel, a water bottle, and anything else you like to have with you during a calming yoga session.
