Have you been curious about the world of Cross Fit, but nervous to try it out? Thanks to Rocky Top Cross Fit, YPK members will have the opportunity to try out a class alongside their fellow members! The instructors will work with you at your own pace and answer any questions you have about how CrossFit differs from other work outs.

All levels are welcome here, so whether this is your first Cross Fit class or your 100th we encourage you to join us! All you will need for this activity is water, your most comfortable sneakers (ideal for lifting, cardio and HIIT work outs), and your favorite work out attire. That's it!
