We’re excited to announce that Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK) started a new initiative in January, our new member mentor program!  The goal is to refresh the new member experience and help our new members feel welcome, involved, and excited about the YPK organization.  Each month, all new members will be paired with a board member mentor.  The board mentors will connect early on to welcome their mentees to YPK, share their own experiences with the organization, and help mentees transition to the group and become more involved.  This will be a great way to not only better connect all of our current members, but also to continue fostering great relationships and spread the word about all that YPK has to offer our young professionals.  We currently have 7 mentor/mentee pairings and look forward to continuing this initiative for all of our new members this year!
