Richelle has been an indispensable member of YPK throughout 2020. In these unprecedented times, Richelle has stuck with us and helped YPK prosper. She has been a steadfast member of the Marketing Committee, offering to help with the newsletter, write blog posts, and nearly single-handedly create a plan to update the website to meet ADA guidelines. She also led a rotation of our book club as we discussed ‘Spark’ and was very prepared and engaging! She is always willing to make YPK a better organization.

Richelle is the epitome of a youngprofessional and is the kind of person who deserves to be celebrated for all she does! Richelle Ballenger is the Marketing Director for TN Members 1st Federal Credit Union and has been a YPK member since 2019. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with her B.A. in Communications in 2012 and her Masters of Public Administration in 2019.
