Introduction Knoxville Registration Now Open
Plans are underway for Introduction Knoxville 2010, fall series and the program is currently open for enrollment. This program is a perfect way for young professionals to learn more about our community - whether you're new to Knoxville or have lived here your whole life.
Introduction Knoxville was developed by Leadership Knoxville in 1993 as a means for executives and professionals to learn quickly about the greater Knoxville area and to network effectively with other business and civic leaders. The goal is simple; to teach people about the community and to inspire them to want to become more civically engaged, ultimately leading to the betterment of our community as a whole.
Introduction Knoxville is specifically designed to orient participants to many aspects of the community while accommodating their busy schedules. The class meets for six consecutive weeks, one weeknight a week. Sessions run from 2:30 to 9:00 p.m. at various locations around the community and are facilitated by outstanding speakers and community leaders.
The 2010 fall series dates are August 31, September 7, 16, 23, 30 and October 7. The cost is $1,500, which covers the cost of all materials, transportation, dinners, speakers and venues. The class is limited to 40 participants and is filled in the order in which the registration form and tuition fee is received by the Leadership Knoxville office.
