Young Professionals of Knoxville's newest outreach initiative is an innovative, three-tiered mentoring program known as Impact Three.

Participating members of YPK will serve as mentors to children from Big Brothers Big Sisters for one year, spending one-on-one time with the kids two to three times a month. In turn, community leaders from the Big Brothers Big Sisters board of directors will personally mentor participating YPK members, encouraging personal and professional growth.

Join these YPK members, children from Big Brothers Big Sisters, and participating community leaders as we kick off the year-long three-tiered mentoring program on Monday, February 22 at Rita's Italian Ice on Market Square.
